| How fast can I get my custom fortune cookies? |
| On average the total processing time is approximately 5 days for orders of up to 500 cookies. This can vary depending on how busy the kitchen is and how quickly your messages are approved. |

| What is the minimum amount of fortune cookies I can order with my own custom message or image inside? |
| 50 customised fortune cookies is the smallest amount we make at a time. |

| How long can my custom message be? |
Each message must be 150 characters or less including spaces, three lines
maximum. Size of fortune is 7.5cm x 1.5cm. Single sided black print on white paper. Messages for The Big Cookie can be up to 300 characters. |

| How long will my fortune cookies stay fresh? |
| Plain fortune cookies will keep for up in 10 weeks or less. Chocolate dipped can be stored for up to 4 weeks. Of course fresh is always best. |

| Can I print images, logos onto my messages |
| Yes. Logos can be printed in black or colour onto the back of message slips. $20 setup and $3 per 100 / colour printing and $1.50 per 100 / black printing |

| Can I get my custom messages done in another language? |
| Yes, just supply us with the message and we'll insert into the paper slip. |

| Will my fortune cookies break? |
| There could be breakages but we always send you several more cookies in every order to ensure you get the number of cookies you ordered. |

| What size is the traditional fortune cookie? |
| The folded cookie size is approx 6cm x 5cm. Ping-pong ball size. |

| How many messages can I have? |
| Up to 25 free assorted messages with your order. Additional messages can be ordered at a charge of $2 per message. |

| How big is The BIG Fortune Cookie? |
| The BIG Cookie is the size of a large grapefruit. You can say anything you want up to 7 sentences / 300 characters including spaces. |

| How do I store my fortune cookies and what is the shelf lie? |
| Fortune cookies can be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. A cool closet/basement or garage is an ideal place. Plain cookies can be kept in the original packaging for up to 10 weeks. Chocolate dipped for up to 4 weeks. DO NOT PLACE your fortune cookies in the refrigerator or freezer!!!! |

| Can I have my order delivered on an exact date? |
| Yes. Specify the required delivery date on your order form. Circumstances out of our control could affect delivery. We cannot refund for this reason. |

| You can purchase fortune cookies using cheque, online banking, Visa/Mastercard and PayPal for international orders. |

| What if my recipient is not at home to receive the package? |
| We freight FastWay, signature required. If no one is there to sign for the parcel the driver will leave a notice hanging on the door asking the recipient to contact FastWay to arrange a suitable day/time for delivery. Alternatively go to the FastWay website and print out their authorisation form, advising driver to leave your order without signature obtained. |

| Do Fortune Cookies freight to PO Boxes? |
| Orders cannot be couriered to PO Box addresses. |

| What if my package doesn't arrive when it is supposed to? |
| We aim for delivery on time, however, cannot guarantee this. Sometimes a package is not delivered because of weather delays or circumstances out of our control. We cannot refund for these reasons. If your package just doesn't show up for any reason at all - call us and we'll look into it. |

| Do you send to rural addresses? |
| Yes FastWay will deliver to rural addresses, however, delivery is around 3-5 days depending where in New Zealand. Additional charges apply. |
