This order form is for personalised fortune cookie orders
(minimum 50 cookies)

Packaging and delivery charges will be added to your order. Once calculated we will send you an invoice.

Customised messages can be added to the end of the order form and will be formatted and sent back to you for approval. 25 FREE messages with all orders. Maximum 150 characters (including spaces) for each message.

You are able to have one message, up to 350 characters including spaces, with your giant fortune cookie.

We will contact you to discuss any decorations ordered.

We will confirm your order within 24 hours and send out an invoice (pdf file) by email.  You can ensure that all fortunecookies.co.nz mail is delivered to your Inbox by adding our sending address to your "People I Know" list.

If paying by either credit card or BarterCard please contact us with your payment details once invoice has been received.
